摘  要:作为高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要方式,课程思政建设实践的提质增效是应对我国百年未有之发展大变局的应然之策,OBE的“产出导向、以生为本”与课程思政的“时代新人、三全育人”等在育人逻辑、实践哲学的耦合性,凸显了成果导向课程思政教育模式的实践优势。以逐层建构的视角塑造成果导向课程思政建设实践进路,就要以为党育人、为国育才引领提升思政教育理念、以时代新人的产出导向动态厘定思政育人目标、以提质增效的路径导向系统设计实施框架、以持续改进的过程导向完善运行保障机制,从而系统精准构建课程思政顶层设计;还要聚焦学习产出设定专业特色人才培养方案、聚力多元协同创新专业课程思政育人形式,从而分类协同助推专业课程思政的深度融合;此外,找准思政融点合精准定位单一课程教学目标、结合思政融合点反向设计单一课程教学方案、兼容内外资源动态提炼单一课程思政内容、深度自我参照学习分级实现个性化素质评价,最终因时借势在单一课程中精准实现。As an important way for universities to implement the task of establishing virtue and cultivating people,improving the quality and efficiency of constructing ideological and political curriculum is essential in response to the unprecedented changes in China's development in a century.The OBE's "outcome based,student oriented"concept coincides with the ideological and political curriculum's principle of"the genera-tion of the new era,three-aspect education"in terms of educational logic and practice,which showcase the practical edge of outcome-based ideological and political education model.In order to advance the practice of the outcome-based ideological and political education from a hierarchical construction approach,educat-ing for the Party and for the country should be taken as the general rule,the OBE concept corresponding with the new era should be taken as the guidance to set up teaching objectives,improving educational quality and efficiency should be taken as the way to design the framework,the continuous improvement should be em-ployed to perfect the quality assurance mechanism.Only in this way,a precise top-down design can be com-pleted.In addition,it is necessary to formulate an undergraduate program aimed at the learning outcome,to innovate the ideological and political education focused on diversified collaborative education,by way of which the integration of collaboration and ideological and political education can be achieved.What's more,to locate the position of integration is of great importance in orienting teaching objectives,designing an out-come-based teaching plan,identifying the ideological and political teaching content by employing resource home and abroad,realizing the individualized quality assessment by referring to the differentiated academic performance of students,all of which need to be fully and accurately implemented in one course.
