摘　　要：心境障碍是儿童青少年常见的一类精神障碍,以抑郁、躁狂和双相情感障碍为主要表现,也可伴有焦虑症状。现普遍认为心境障碍的发生是多因素相互作用的结果,目前主要以药物治疗、物理治疗、心理干预等治疗手段为主。本文对儿童青少年心境障碍的发病机制、临床表现和治疗方法的研究现状进行综述,望能引起社会对儿童青少年群体心理和精神健康问题的重视。Mood disorder is a common type of mental disorder in children and adolescents,mainly characterized by depression,mania,and bipolar disorder,which may also be accompanied by anxiety symptoms.It is generally accepted that its occurrence is the result of multifactorial interactions.Drug therapy,physical therapy,psychological intervention,and other treatments are currently the main treatments.This article reviews the current research status of pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,and treatment of mood disorders in children and adolescents,with an attempt to attract social attention to psychological and mental health problems in children and adolescents.
