摘  要:在排放法规越加严格和能源紧缺的大环境下,低油耗、低排放成为现代发动机发展的重要方向。可变配气技术在提高发动机动力性、降低油耗和减少排放方面潜力巨大。因此研究可变气门升程下的缸内流动特性对提高发动机性能具有重大意义。又由于影响发动机发出功率的因素主要包括气缸内的气流运动以及燃烧质量。因此,利用FLUENT软件对发动机压缩过程的缸内流场进行模拟研究,通过模型建立,分析相位调节X=3mm不变情况下,对发动机在2000r/min转速下不同升程差对缸内流动特性燃烧的影响。In the context of increasingly strict emission regulations and energy scarcity,low fuel consumption and emissions have become important directions for the development of modern engines.Variable valve technology has great potential in improving engine power,reducing fuel consumption,and reducing emissions.Therefore,studying the flow characteristics in the cylinder under variable valve lift is of great significance for improving engine performance.Due to the factors that affect the power output of the engine,they mainly include the airflow movement in the cylinder and the combustion quality.Therefore,this article is to use FLUENT software to simulate the cylinder flow field during the engine compression process.By establishing a model,the influence of different lift differences on the combustion characteristics of the cylinder flow under the constant phase adjustment X=3mm is analyzed at a speed of 2000r/min.
