血管性痴呆的治法及组方规律分析

摘　　要：[目的]探究中医药治疗血管性痴呆(VaD)临床处方的治法及成方规律。[方法]检索知网、维普、万方数据库中医药治疗血管性痴呆的相关文献,严格按照纳入及排除标准进行文献筛选和数据提取,构建血管性痴呆的处方数据库,运用中医传承计算平台V3.0及SPSS Clementine12.0软件进行频次统计、关联规则分析和聚类分析。[结果]对最终纳入的276个处方进行统计分析,结果显示频数>100次的中药有石菖蒲、川芎、丹参、黄芪、远志、熟地黄,治法上以补肾、活血、化瘀、化痰、益气、开窍为主,关联规则分析结果显示共得到高频药对18条、药-证组合36条,聚类分析得到具有关联性的类方组合4组。[结论]中医药治疗血管性痴呆以补虚、活血、化痰为基本治法,注重虚、痰、瘀共治。[Objective]To analyze the treatment and rule of clinical prescription of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for vascular dementia.[Methods]We searched CNKI,VIP and Wanfang for the literature related to TCM for vascular dementia,and conducted strictly literature screening and data extraction accorrding to inlusion and exclusion criteria.Then,after constructing a database of prescriptions for vascular dementia,we used the TCM Heritage Computing Platform V3.0 and SPSS clementine12.0 for frequency statistics,association rule analysis and clustering analysis.[Results]Based on the statistical analysis of 276 prescriptions,the herbs with a frequency of over one hundred were Shi Calamus,Chuanxiong,Dan Shen,Huang qi,Yuan Zhi and Shu Di Huang,and the treatment is based on tonifying the kidneys,invigorating blood,resolving blood stasis,resolving phlegm,benefiting qi and opening the orifices.The results of the association rule analysis showed that a total of 18 high-frequency drug pairs and 36 drug-syndromes pairs were obtained,and the cluster analysis yielded four sets of combinations.[Conclusion]The basic treatment of vascular dementia in TCM is to tonify deficiency,invigorate blood and resolve phlegm,with emphasis on the co-management of deficiency,phlegm and stasis.
