摘 要:某项目位于太平洋某岛国相对落后、地理位置孤立的地区,拟新建固定式导助航基础,一方面咨工要求严格,需采用国际规范高标准进行设计;另一方面设计方案受构件吊重、构件长度、开挖钻孔深度等众多施工条件限制。最终经过多方案比选,创新性地采用高强度钢棒+混凝土扩大基础作为导助航桩柱基础结构,并首次将高强度结构钢应用于港口工程导助航结构,满足了苛刻的咨工要求和严格的施工限制条件,同时将传统钢结构机械连接技术应用于海港工程基础结构,为同类项目提供借鉴。A project is located in a relatively backward and isolated region of an island country in the Pacific Ocean and it is planned to build a fixed navigation aid structure.On the one hand,higher international standards are adopted for the design based on the stringent requirements of the consultants;on the other hand,the design scheme is restricted by various construction conditions such as lifting weight and length of components and excavation depth.After comparisons of multiple schemes,a high-strength steel pole+expanded concrete foundation scheme is innovatively adopted for the pile foundation of the navigation aids.For the first time,high-strength structural steel is applied to the foundation of port engineering navigation facilities,meeting the strict requirements of the consultants and the construction restrictions.At the same time,the traditional mechanical connection technology for steel structures is applied to the foundation structure of harbor engineering,providing reference for similar projects.
