摘　　要：探究黑果腺肋花楸果实总黄酮体外抗氧化活性。采用课题组前期优化后的提取纯化方法制备黑果腺肋花楸总黄酮冻干粉末,以维生素C为对照品,测定黑果腺肋花楸果实总黄酮对ABTS+自由基、羟自由基(·OH)、超氧自由基(O_(2)^(-))和DPPH·自由基的清除能力。结果表明:黑果腺肋花楸果实总黄酮具有较强的体外抗氧化活性。Explore the in vitro antioxidant activity of total flavonoids of Aronia melanocarpa(Michx.)Elliott.The lyophilized powder of total flavonoids of Aronia melanocarpa(Michx.)Elliot was prepared by the extraction and purification method optimized in the preliminary stage of the research group,ABTS+radical,superoxide radical,·OH radical,DPPH·radical and Vitamin C as the control group.The antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from Aronia melanocarpa(Michx.)Elliott was studied in vitro,measured the antioxidant capacity.Comparing the antioxidant activity of Aronia melanocarpa(Michx.)total flavonoids and Vitamin C,the comprehensive results show that the extract of Aronia melanocarpa(Michx.)total flavonoids has strong antioxidant activity in vitro.
