摘　　要：通过对山东省新型职业农民技术技能培训的现状调查发现:新型职业农民培训方面还存在着培训路径单一、培训方式方法较为传统、培训内容与乡村振兴和乡村产业经济发展相互联系不够紧密等现实问题与困境。针对这些问题与困境,提出了依托地区职业院校,搭建技术技能培训平台,利用农技服务站,开展互联网+“技能培训”,鼓励农技专家下乡指导等建议,以此来提升地区新型职业农民技术技能水平,助力乡村振兴与发展。Through the investigation of the current situation of the technical skills training of new professional farmers in Shandong Province,it is found that there are still practical problems and difficulties in the training of new professional farmers,such as the single training path,the traditional training method,the training content and rural revitalization and rural industrial economic development.In view of these problems and difficulties,the paper put forward suggestions on relying on regional vocational colleges,building technical skills training platforms,useing agricultural technology service stations,carrying out Internet+'skill training',and encouraging agricultural technology experts to go to the countryside for guidance,so as to improve the technical skills level of new professional farmers in the region and help rural revitalization and development.
