摘　　要：目的分析多功能弱视综合治疗仪对儿童弱视的治疗效果。方法选取本院2020年8月-2022年9月收治的儿童弱视者98例,根据临床治资料进行回顾性分析。其中对照组49例采用药物治疗,观察组49例采用药物加多功能弱视综合治疗仪治疗,分析2组治疗效果。结果观察组视力改善和治疗效果优于对照组,不良反应率低于对照组,家长治疗满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多功能弱视综合治疗联合左旋多巴片治疗儿童弱视的效果更佳,不良反应率较低,可以显著改善患儿视力,提高患儿家长的治疗满意度,安全性较高,值得在临床中积极推广。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of multifunctional amblyopia therapeutic instrument on children's amblyopia.Methods 98 children with amblyopia admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to September 2022 who were selected and analyzed retrospectively according to their clinical data.Among them,49 cases in the control group were treated with drugs,and 49 cases in the observation group were treated with drugs and multi-function amblyopia comprehensive therapeutic instrument.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results The vision improvement and treatment effect of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the adverse reaction rate was lower than that of the control group,and the satisfaction of parents with treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Multifunctional amblyopia comprehensive treatment combined with levodopa tablets has better effect and low dverse reaction rate in the treatment of children with amblyopia,which can significantly improve the vision of children,improve the treatment satisfaction of children's parents with high safety,and is worthy of active promotion in clinical practice.
