摘  要:耐磨球阀是多晶硅生产中使用最多的阀门,由于内漏、卡涩、冲刷磨损等问题,导致耐磨球阀的故障率升高,降低使用寿命。本文详尽阐述了耐磨球阀在多晶硅生产过程中的冲刷磨损情况,利用仿真软件对球阀在工况条件下的磨损情况进行分析,对如何有效的减少密封面的冲刷磨损,降低泄漏风险,提高耐磨球阀使用寿命有着重要的指导意义。Wear-resistant ball valve is the most widely used valve in polysilicon production.Due to internal leakage,jamming,erosion and wear,the failure rate of wear-resistant ball valve increases and reduce service life.This paper elaborates the erosion wear of wear-resistant ball valve in the production process of polysilicon,and the wear of the ball valve under working conditions is analyzed by using simulation software.It has important guiding significance for how to effectively reduce the erosion wear of the sealing surface,reduce the risk of leakage,and improve the service life of the wear-resistant ball valve.
