摘  要:研究生的培养质量与研究生的遴选招录及导师的全程指导息息相关。研究生的遴选需要关注学生的基础与能力、兴趣与志向、性格与态度及背景与经历;鉴于研究生生源本身的差异,提出基于情景理论的分类培养模式;还就如何指导研究生撰写优秀论文提出思考与建议,最后凝练了研究生学术研究过程中需要把握的三大关键问题。The quality of graduate education is closely related to the selection and recruitment of graduate students,as well as the guidance of mentors.The selection of graduate students needs to consider their foundation and abilities,interests and aspirations,personality and attitude,as well as background and experience.Given the differences in the source of graduate students themselves,a classified training model based on scenario theory is proposed.Thoughts and suggestions on how to guide graduate students to write excellent papers are provided.Finally,the three key issues that need to be grasped in the academic research process of graduate students were summarized.
