摘　　要：社会心理服务体系建设是党和国家顺应时代发展趋势、回应民众对美好生活向往的社会治理现代化的创新之举。国家政策层面的逻辑不一,导致“社会心理服务体系”的内涵与定位具有“自上而下”的政策建构特征——学术界见仁见智、实务界实然与应然错位,削弱了社会心理服务体系建设的成效。未来尚需在以下方面持续探索:正确理解社会心理服务的内涵,准确定位社会心理服务体系建设;多学科共同参与,为社会心理服务体系建设提供理论支撑;健全体制机制统筹布局,加快人才队伍建设,加强社会力量协同社会心理服务实践。The construction of a social psychological service system is an innovative move by the Party and the state to comply with the trend of the times and respond to the people’s yearning for a better life in social governance modernization.The inconsistent logic at the national policy level has led to a“top-down”policy construction feature in the connotation and positioning of the“social psychological service system”-the academic community has different opinions,while the practical community has a mismatch between what should be and what should be,which weakens the effectiveness of the construction of the social psychological service system.In the future,continuous exploration is needed in the following aspects:correctly understanding the connotation of social psychological services,accurately positioning the construction of social psychological service systems;The joint participation of multiple disciplines provides theoretical support for the construction of a social psychological service system;Improve the overall layout of institutional mechanisms,accelerate the construction of talent teams,and strengthen the coordination of social forces in social psychological service practices.
