中国式现代化内涵的法理诠释路径

摘　　要：社会主义市场经济、完整工业体系的形成及科技方面取得的巨大成就促使中国式现代化建设的目标指向了法治化。在此背景下,如何诠释中国式现代化的内涵成为非常重要的法理问题。为改变传统的义理阐释,实现思维方式的现代化,需要构建法治之理,对中国式现代化内涵展开全方位的法理诠释。首先是从法理视角观察中国式现代化,其次是用法理思维定义中国式现代化,最后是在两者基础上用法治之理言说、阐释中国式现代化。以法治之理诠释中国式现代化,对当代中国社会主义建设的高效推进具有极为重要的意义。The formation of socialist market economy,complete industrial system,as well as the great achievements in science and technology,have prompted the goal of Chinese Path to Modernization to the process of rule of law.In this context,how to interpret the connotation of Chinese Path to Modernization has become a very important jurisprudential issue.In order to change the traditional interpretation of righteousness and modernize the way of thinking,it is necessary to construct the theory of rule of law,and then to launch a comprehensive jurisprudential interpretation of the connotation of Chinese Path to Modernization.Firstly,to observe Chinese Path to Modernization from the perspective of jurisprudence,secondly,to define Chinese Path to Modernization with jurisprudential thinking,and thirdly,to interpret Chinese Path to Modernization with the rule of law on the basis of those efforts.The interpretation of Chinese Path to Modernization by the reason of the rule of law is of great importance for the efficient promotion of socialist construction in contemporary China.
