数字产业化与高技术产业研发效率——基于随机前沿方法的实证研究

摘　　要：近年来,我国数字经济蓬勃发展,已成为国民经济发展的新动能。本文立足于数字经济的重要组成部分一数字产业化,采用主成分分析法构建了衡量地区数字产业化水平的指标体系,并利用2003一2020年我国省级面板数据和随机前沿方法,实证分析了数字产业化水平对高技术产业研发效率的影响。研究发现:(1)虽然各地区数字产业化水平均存在显著上升趋势,但多数地区低于全国平均水平。(2)地区数字产业化水平有助于提升高技术产业的研发效率,同时,企业规模、技术密集度和地区市场化程度在数字产业化与高技术产业研发效率关系间具有显著的正向调节效应。(3)我国高技术产业的研发效率尽管有所提高,但仍存在较大提升空间,且地区间存在显著的β收敛趋势。In recent years,China's digital economy has developed vigorously and become a new driving force for the development of the national economy.Based on digital industrialization,an important part of digital economy,this paper uses principal component analysis method to construct an indicator system to measure the level of regional digital indus-trialization,and empirically analyzes the impact of digital industrialization level on R&D efficiency of high-tech industry by using provincial panel data from 2003 to 2020 and stochastic frontier method.The results show that:(1)Although the level of digital industrialization in all regions has a significant upward trend,most regions are lower than the national average level.(2)The level of regional digital industrialization contributes to the improvement of R&D efficiency of high-tech industry,while the enterprise scale,technology intensity and degree of regional marketization have significant positive moderating effects between digital industrialization and R&D efficiency of high-tech industry.(3)Although the R&D efficiency of high-tech industry in our country has been improved,there is still a large room for improvement,and there is a significantβ-convergence trend among regions.
