工程领域中工匠精神对工作奉献影响的实证研究

摘　　要：工匠精神在工程领域中具有重要的影响作用。本文以参与工程建设的401名一线员工为调研对象,实证检验了工匠精神对工作奉献的影响机制。结果发现:工匠精神对工作奉献具有显著正向影响;工匠精神对组织韧性具有显著正向影响,组织韧性在工匠精神与工作奉献关系间起中介作用;职业成长机会和组织容错氛围正向调节了工匠精神与工作奉献之间的关系。本文研究揭示了工匠精神作为一种理想信念所蕴含的巨大力量,发现了工匠精神促进员工工作奉献的作用路径,为工匠精神与组织韧性的协同培育提供了指导和借鉴。Craftsman spirit plays an important role in engineering field.This paper takes 401 front-line employees involved in engineering construction as research objects,and empirically tests the influencing mechanism of craftsman spirit on work dedication.The results show that:craftsman spirit has a significant positive effect on work dedication;Craftsman spirit has a significant positive effect on organizational resilience,and organizational resilience mediates the relationship between craftsman spirit and work dedication.Career growth opportunities and organizational fault-tolerant climate positively moderate the relationship between craftsman spirit and work dedication.This study reveals the great power of craftsman spirit as an ideal and belief,finds the role path of craftsman spirit to promote employees'work dedica-tion,and provides guidance and reference for the collaborative cultivation of craftsman spirit and organizational resilience.
