高校继续教育融入思政教育的实现路径

摘　　要：高校继续教育的根本任务是立德树人,继续教育融入思政教育是落实立德树人根本任务的关键。继续教育融入思政教育具有时代价值,但也面临着融入理念淡薄、实质融入方式尚待深化、实践教学模式薄弱、对数字化技术回应不完全的挑战。为因应挑战,高校继续教育应厚植与思政教育相融共促教育理念、强化双思政协同教育模式、提升教师思政素养、深化实践教学形式、应用数字资源和线上线下混合式教学。Building morality and cultivating people is the fundamental task of continuing education with higher education qualifications.The integration of ideological and political education into continuing education is the fundamental key to the implementation of building morality and cultivating people.Integrating the two has the value of the times,which is faced with the challenges of weak integration ideas,the way of substantive integration to be deepened,the weak practical teaching mode,and the in-complete digital response.In order to meet the challenges,continuing education should cultivate the educational concept of integration and promotion of ideological and political education,strengthen the dual ideological and political education mode,improve teachers'ideological and political literacy,deepen practical teaching forms,and apply digital resources and online and offline hybrid teaching.
