摘　　要：乡村振兴战略背景下,自治、法治、德治融合发展对于实现乡村治理现代化十分重要。针对乡村振兴战略背景下乡村治理“三治”融合发展面临的问题,运用系统思维从整体上去研究其完善措施,需要将党的组织建设、政权组织治理、乡村自我治理三者有机结合,在党的全面领导下发挥多元主体治理作用;优化治理方式,夯实“三治”发展基础;加强行政指导,完善公共服务提供机制等促进“三治”发展与融合。The integrated development of autonomy,rule of law and rule of virtue is very important for realizing modernization of rural governance in the context of rural revitalization strategy.In response to the problems faced by the integrated development of"three modes of governance"in rural governance in the context of rural revitalization strategy,using systematic thinking to study its perfection measure from a holistic perspective.It is necessary to organically combine the party's organizational construction,the political organization governance,and the rural autonomy,and play multi-participant's governance role under the comprehensive leadership of the party;optimizing governance methods and consolidating the development foundation of"three modes of governance";strengthen administrative guidance,improve the mechanism for providing public services,etc,and promote the development and integration of"three modes of governance".
