摘  要:专业群是指为区域经济中某一个支柱产业的产业链或相关技术(服务)领域服务的专业集群。职业(技工)院校专业群组建应结合本地产业群特征和院本专业设置实际,从外部逻辑(产业群特征)和内部逻辑(院校专业现状)两方面分析。专业群稳定发展的重要基础是对群内各组成要素以及群整体结构体系进行治理,构建“扁平化”组织结构,纵向理顺群内组织关系,横向建立与政、企、校之间的结构关系,同时建立专业群动态调整机制,提升专业群教师组织认同感。根据CIPP评价理论构建专业群建设成效评价的基本框架,开展第三方机构评价,坚持动态发展性评价,推进政、校、企、行等多元协商共建式评价。Specialty clusters refer to specialty clusters that serve the industrial chain or related technology(service)fields of a certain pillar industry in the regional economy.The construction of specialty groups in vocational(technical)colleges should be analyzed from two aspects:external logic(industry group characteristics)and internal logic(current situation of colleges and universities majors),based on the characteristics of local industry groups and the actual setting of school-based majors.The important foundation for the stable development of specialty groups is to govern the various components within the group and the overall structural system of the group.A“flat”organizational structure should be built to straighten out the organizational relationships within the group vertically,establish structural relationships with government,enterprises,and schools horizontally,and establish a dynamic adjustment mechanism for specialty groups to enhance the organizational identity of specialty groups teachers.It is proposed that we should establish a basic framework for evaluating the effectiveness of specialty groups construction based on CIPP evaluation theory,carry out the third-party institutional evaluation,adhere to dynamic and developmental evaluation,and promote multi consultation and co construction evaluation among governments,schools,enterprises,and industries.
