协同治理理论视域下“一站式”学生社区管理模式探究--以T学院为例

摘　　要：高校学生社区承载着重要的育人功能,是新时代思想政治教育工作创新发展的重要阵地。“三全育人”背景下,牢牢把握学生社区的发展方向,加强学生社区的协同建设和综合治理至关重要。通过分析高校“一站式”学生社区的发展现状,从协同治理理论的视角切入,以T学院“一站式”学生社区建设管理为依托,从运行机制、管理协同、治理方式等方面探索协同治理理论应用于“一站式”学生社区管理模式的契合性,并在实践的基础上总结经验做法,为“一站式”学生社区的创新发展提供借鉴。The college student community carries important educational functions and is an important battlefield for the innovative development of ideological and political education in the new era.Under the background of"Three Comprehensive Education",it is crucial to firmly grasp the development direction of student communities and strengthen the collaborative construction and comprehensive governance of student communities.This article analyzes the current development status of the"One-Stop"student community in vocational colleges and starts from the perspective of collaborative governance theory.Based on the construction and management of the"One-Stop"student community in T College,it explores the applicability of collaborative governance theory to the"One-Stop"student community management model in terms of operating mechanism,management collaboration,governance methods,etc.,and summarizes experience and practices on the basis of practice,provides reference for the innovative development of the"One-Stop"student community.
