摘 要:在全球化时代,教育国际排名成为一种普遍现象,但仍需注意教育国际排名背后隐含的特定价值观念、方法论偏好和政治议程。国际组织通过制定教育国际排名,获得参与全球基础教育治理的合法性和依据,扩大了影响力。主权国家通过国际排名深化国内基础教育改革,参与并改善全球基础教育治理,加强了基础教育国内治理与国际治理的联结。私营部门通过国际排名获得了参与全球基础教育治理的可能。但由于国际排名本身存在的局限性,以及缺乏对排名的理性审视,造成基础教育国际排名日益成为一种“数字政治”和“经济游戏”,并在全球基础教育治理领域滋生出一种表现性文化。未来,中国需要继续积极参与基础教育国际排名,也要对排名背后的特定意识形态保持一定的警惕,还要借助排名扩大我国在全球基础教育治理中的影响力和话语权。In the era of globalization,the international rankings of education have become a common phenomenon,but we still need to pay attention to the specific values,methodological preferences and political agenda behind the international rankings of education.International organizations have gained legitimacy and basis for participating in global basic education governance by formulating international rankings for education and expanding their influence.Sovereign states deepen domestic basic education reform with the reference to international rankings,participate in and improve global basic education governance,and strengthen the connection between domestic and international governance in basic education.The private sector has gained the opportunity to participate in global basic education governance through international rankings.However,due to the limitations of the international ranking itself and the lack of rational examination of the rankings,the international ranking of basic education has increasingly become a"number politics"and"economic game",and has spawned a culture of expression in the field of global basic education governance.In the future,China needs to continue to actively participate in the international basic education rankings,and to maintain a certain degree of vigilance against the specific ideology behind the rankings,and expand China's influence and voice in the global basic education governance with the help of the rankings.
