摘  要:通过硅烷偶联剂KH-560将三聚氰胺多聚磷酸盐(MPP)接枝在碳化硅(SiC)颗粒表面,将改性碳化硅(SiC-M)与尼龙6(PA6)熔融共混制备碳化硅改性PA6复合材料(PA6/SiC-M),分析SiC-M颗粒用量对复合材料阻燃性能、摩擦性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:阻燃剂MPP成功接枝到SiC颗粒表面。当SiC-M的质量分数为10%,复合材料的达到UL94 V-0级别,极限氧指数达到29.8%。SiC-M质量分数为10%时,复合材料摩擦系数最大。当SiC-M的质量分数为4%,复合材料的弯曲强度达到285 MPa,拉伸强度达到51 MPa。SiC-M的加入可以提高复合材料的阻燃性、耐磨性能和力学性能。Melamine polyphosphate(MPP)was grafted onto the surface of silicon carbide(SiC)particles by silane coupling agent KH-560.The modified SiC(SiC-M)was melt blended with nylon 6(PA6)to prepare SiC modified PA6composites(PA6/SiC-M).The effects of SiC-M particle content on the flame retardancy,friction properties and mechanical properties of the composites were analyzed.The results show that the flame retardant MPP is successfully grafted onto the surface of SiC particles.When the mass fraction of SiC-M is 10%,the composite reaches UL94 V-0 level and the limiting oxygen index reaches 29.8%.When the mass fraction of SiC-M is 10%,the friction coefficient of the composite is the largest.When the mass fraction of SiC-M is 4%,the flexural strength of the composite reaches 285 MPa and the tensile strength reaches 51 MPa.The addition of SiC-M can improve the flame retardancy,wear resistance and mechanical properties of the composites.
