摘 要:“金融衍生工具”是金融工程、公司金融和会计等专业的必修课程。该文通过对“金融衍生工具”教学现状进行问卷调查发现,传统教学模式存在教学理念陈旧、教学手段单一、师生互动交流较少、教学效果欠佳和学生满意度不高等缺陷。基于PBL(Problem-Based Learning)的混合式教学模式在一定程度上可以弥补以上不足。论文主要从课程实施方案和课程考核方式两个方面对传统教学模式进行革新,旨在构建更加高效的基于PBL的混合式教学模式,让学生在主动学习新知识的过程中发现新问题并领悟所学知识的意义,提高该课程的教学质量。Financial Derivatives is a required course for majors such as financial engineering,corporate finance and accounting.Through a questionnaire survey on the teaching status of Financial Derivatives,it is found that the traditional teaching model has the defects of outdated teaching idea,single teaching means,less interaction between teachers and students,poor teaching effect and low student satisfaction.The main advantages of the blended teaching model based on PBL(Problem-Based Learning)can make up for the above deficiencies to a certain extent.This paper mainly innovates the traditional teaching model from the three aspects of course implementation scheme,PBL assignment and course assessment method,aiming to build a more efficient blended teaching model based on PBL.This teaching model can help students find new problems and understand the meaning of the knowledge in the process of learning new knowledge actively,improve students’learning ability,practical ability and innovation ability,and improve the teaching quality of the course.
