摘  要:市场经济需要既精通技术、经济领域又熟谙法律的复合型人才。经济法涉及内容宽广,而高职学生的层次和类别不同。当前,经济法课程存在教材统一化、财经和法律双科师资匮乏、教法以理论讲授为主等问题。课程案例少且陈旧,实践性不足,导致非法学专业学生不能理解法的本质,也难以领悟经济和产业政策。为此,根据专业有针对性地选择教材、完善双科师资、构建分层分类案例互动教学模式,既能涵盖经济法知识体系,又和其他学科相衔接,培养了学生辩证唯物主义哲学观和“个人—社会—国家”共同体的价值观,提升其综合素养。Market economy requires versatile talents who are proficient in both technology and economy,as well as legal knowledge,economic law is broad in content,while there are different levels and categories of higher vocational students.At present,there are some problems in this course,such as the standardization of teaching materials,a shortage of dual-discipline teachers in finance and law,and a focus on theoretical teaching in teaching methods.For non-legal majors,rare or outdated cases and insufficient practice make it difficult for them to understand the essence of law and comprehend economic and industrial policies.To this end,it is necessary to select teaching materials according to majors,improve teachers in both disciplines,and construct a hierarchical and classified case interactive teaching model,not only covering the knowledge system of economic law,but also linking with other disciplines,so as to cultivate students’philosophical view of dialectical materialism and the values of the“individual-society-state”community,and improve their comprehensive quality.
