摘　　要：结合物流仿真实训课程的特点,围绕面向应用型人才培养的目标,以“物流系统规划与设计模拟训练”课程为例,探讨了基于雨课堂平台的混合式教学模式设计。以现代物流系统实际业务流程为背景,设计开发以案例驱动为导向的实训项目,加强对学生物流系统仿真实际操作能力的培养。利用雨课堂学习平台,建立“课前—课中—课后”的多层次线上线下深度融合课程学习体系,提供丰富的学习资源和多样化的学习方式,加强师生间的课内外互动,有效提升学生的自主学习能力和实践创新意识。Based on the characteristics of logistics simulation training course and the goal of training application-oriented talents,this paper discusses the design of blended teaching mode based on the rain classroom platform,taking the course Logistics System Planning and Design Simulation Training as an example.Taking the actual process of modern logistics system as the background,some case-driven training projects are designed to strengthen the training of students’practical operation ability.We establish a multi-level online and offline in-depth integration curriculum learning system before class,during class and after class.More rich learning resources and diversified learning methods are provided to students.It promotes the communication between teachers and students in and out of class,and greatly strengthens independent learning ability and practical innovation awareness of students.
