摘  要:在应用型大学教育实践的背景下,校企合作是提高工程法律课程教学质量、达成课程目标的重要途径。《建设法规》作为高等学校工程类专业开设的工程法律课程,如何进行校企合作教学,需要不断地实践与探索。以长春工程学院工程管理专业《建设法规》课程为例,从校企合作教学体系构建、关键要素分析两个方面,总结实践经验,梳理教学流程,优化教学模式,为工程法律教育校企合作的可持续发展建言献策。Under the background of educational practice in application-oriented universities,school-enterprise cooperation is an important way to improve the teaching quality of engineering law courses and achieve course objectives.Construction Regulations is as a course of engineering law set up by engineering majors in colleges and universities.How to carry out school-enterprise cooperative teaching needs constant practice and exploration.Taking Construction Regulations course of engineering management major in Changchun University of Technology as an example,this paper summarizes practical experience,sorts out teaching process and optimizes teaching mode from two aspects of school-enterprise cooperation teaching system construction and key elements analysis,so as to offer suggestions for the sustainable development of school-enterprise cooperation in engineering legal education.
