摘  要:莱钢炼钢厂为降低生产成本,从焦化厂调拨除尘焦粉,进行了除尘焦粉替代增碳剂的生产试验。用除尘焦粉增碳替代增碳剂生产试验7 d,试验过程生产管控平稳,除尘焦粉碳元素的平均回收率87.3%,对螺纹钢筋产品质量影响不显著,产品性能合格,吨钢降低成本2元,实现了焦粉在炼钢工序的拓展增值利用。In order to reduce production costs,Laigang Steelmaking Plant allocated dedusting coke powder from the coking plant and conducted production experiments on dedusting coke powder replacing carburetors.The production experiment of using dust removal coke powder to increase carbon instead of carbon increasing agent was conducted for 7 days.The production control during the experiment was stable,and the average recovery rate of carbon elements in dust removal coke powder was 87.3%.The impact on the quality of threaded products was not significant,and the product performance was qualified.The cost per ton of steel was reduced by 2 Yuan,achieving the expansion and value-added utilization of coke powder in the steelmaking process.
