摘　　要：颞下颌关节紊乱病(temporomandibular disorders,TMD)是口腔临床常见病,咀嚼肌功能紊乱是其中最常见的类型。咀嚼肌功能紊乱的临床治疗方法较多,目前尚无统一标准,但其治疗原则应遵循保守、可逆、符合循证医学等规范。文章就咀嚼肌功能紊乱型TMD治疗方法的研究进展做一阐述,以期为医生临床治疗提供科学参考。Temporomandibular disorders(TMD)is a common disease in stomatology,and masticatory muscle disorders is the most common type of temporomandibular disorders.There are many clinical treatment methods for masticatory muscle disorders,and there is no unified standard at present,but conservative,reversible and evidence-based treatment principles should be followed.This article reviews the latest research progress in the treatment of temporomandibular disorders of masticatory muscle disorders,in order to provide a scientific reference for doctors in clinical treatment.
