摘　　要：文章通过对思想政治教育、创新创业教育、专业教育的内涵进行分析,结合协同育人的理念,分别从系统性、开放性、互动性、融合性等四个方面,分析三者的逻辑关系,从而得出促进思想政治教育、创新创业教育和专业教育协同育人理念,厘清“思创专”协同育人的重要作用。并通过现阶段高校开展教育的实际工作过程,从教学管理思维层面、高校教师的创新意识运用、协同育人实践平台方面,提出促进“思创专”融合的相关途径,为高校培养高素质优秀人才提供新的研究视野。This article analyzes the connotations of ideological and political education,innovation and entrepreneurship education,and professional education,and combines the concept of synergistic education.It analyzes the logical relationship between the three aspects from the perspectives of systematicness,openness,interactivity,and integration,and proposes the concept of synergistic education that promotes the integration of ideological and political education,innovation and entrepreneurship education,and professional education,clarifying the important role of“ideological,innovative,and professional”synergistic education.Based on the current practical work in education at universities,this article proposes relevant approaches to promote the integration of“ideological,innovative,and professional”education from the perspectives of teaching management thinking,the application of teachers'innovative consciousness,and the practice platform for synergistic education.It provides a new research perspective for cultivating high-quality talents in universities.
