摘　　要：为解决电网企业在数字化转型进程中对转型成熟度评估的需求,在电网企业数字化转型实践基础上,结合“二三四四”方法论,搭建电网企业数字化转型架构,并以此构造用于评估电网企业数字化转型成熟度的指标体系逻辑框架,最后基于架构图和逻辑框架图设计电网企业数字化转型成熟度评价指标体系,为电网企业对自身数字化转型成熟度评估提供参考。To address the needs of power grid enterprises for digital maturity assessment,an evaluation index system was designed.First,based on the practice of digital transformation of power grid enterprises,combined with the methodology of"Two Three Four Four",this paper builds the digital transformation framework and then constructs the logical framework of the indicator system,which is aimed to evaluate the maturity of digital transformation of power grid enterprises.Finally,under the guidance of the above framework and the logical framework diagram,the design of an evaluation indicator system is completed.Power grid enterprises can refer to this system to evaluate their own digital maturity.
