摘　　要：通过对292家战略性新兴企业调查数据开展实证分析表明,技术标准与知识产权协同有利于促进企业数字创新;技术标准联盟在技术标准与知识产权协同推进企业数字创新中发挥了部分中介的作用;随着企业网络能力的增强,标准联盟作为中介变量对企业数字创新的促进作用也会增强。研究揭示技术标准和知识产权协同通过标准联盟对企业数字创新带来的积极影响,为企业运用标准与知识产权协同来提升数字创新绩效提供对策建议。The empirical analysis of the survey data of 292 strategic emerging enterprises shows that the synergy of technology standards and intellectual property rights is beneficial to promoting enterprises'digital innovation;The technology standards alliance plays a part of intermediary role in the synergy between technology standards and intellectual property to promote enterprise's digital innovation;As an intermediary variable,standard alliance can also enhance the promotion of enterprises'digital innovation.The research reveals the positive impact of technology standards and intellectual property synergy on enterprises'digital innovation through standards alliance and provides countermeasures and suggestions for enterprises to enhance the performance of digital innovation through the synergy of standards and intellectual property.
