摘　　要：通过剖析我国知识产权与标准融合研究现状以及二者相互作用机制,提出知识产权与标准融合概念包含战略融合、体系融合、组织融合、工作融合、资源融合等多个方面,并根据作用范围将相关因素分为内部因素和外部因素两大类,基于此构建包括融合路径、内部能力、外部影响、绩效及评价等四方面的企业知识产权与标准融合概念模型,作为各类企业知识产权与标准融合模式的基础。最后,主要从政府参与角度,对推进我国企业知识产权与标准融合提出对策建议。By analyzing the current research status and fusion mechanism of intellectual properties and standards in China,the concept of intellectual property and standard fusion is proposed,which includes strategic fusion,system fusion,organizational fusion,work fusion,resource fusion,and other aspects.Relevant factors are divided into internal factors and external factors based on their scope of action.Based on these factors,a conceptual model for the fusion of enterprise intellectual properties and standards is constructed,which includes fusion path,internal capabilities,external influence,performance and evaluation.This model serves as the foundation for the fusion work of enterprise intellectual properties and standards.Finally,from the perspective of government participation,propose countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the fision of intellectual properties and standards for Chinese enterprises.
