摘　　要：基于资源编排理论,构建跨界搜寻、资源拼凑对新创科技企业持续性竞争优势的作用机制模型,检验速度型与品质型两种机会开发模式在这一影响过程中的中介作用,以及双元领导风格的差异化权变作用。通过对我国新创科技企业样本数据实证检验,结果表明,(1)跨界搜寻与资源拼凑均正向影响持续性竞争优势,且二者对持续性竞争优势的影响呈互补效应;(2)速度型机会开发与品质型机会开发均在跨界搜寻与资源拼凑影响持续性竞争优势过程中发挥中介作用,而跨界搜寻倾向于品质型机会开发模式获取持续性竞争优势,资源拼凑倾向于速度型机会开发模式获取持续性竞争优势;(3)跨界搜寻影响两种机会开发模式过程中,变革型领导风格发挥了差异化调节作用、交易型领导风格发挥了负向调节效应,相反,资源拼凑影响两种机会开发模式过程中,交易型领导风格发挥了差异化调节作用、变革型领导风格调节作用不显著。Based on the theory of resource arrangement,this paper constructs a mechanism model of the impact of boundary-spanning search and resource bricolage on the sustainable competitive advantage of new technology ventures,and verifies the mediating role of the speed type and quality type of opportunity exploitation models in this impact process,as well as the differential moderating role of ambidextrous leadership styles.Based on the empirical test of sample data of China's new technology ventures,the results show as follows:(1)Boundary-spanning search and resource bricolage both positively affect sustainable competitive advantage,and the effects of the two on sustainable competitive advantage are complementary;(2)Speed opportunity exploitation and quality opportunity exploitation both play an mediating role in the process of boundary-spanning search and resource bricolage affecting sustainable competitive advantage.At the same time,it is found that boundary-spanning search is more inclined to quality opportunity exploitation model to obtain sustainable competitive advantage,and resource bricolage is more inclined to speed opportunity exploitation model to obtain sustainable competitive advantage;(3)In the process of boundaryspanning search influencing the two modes of opportunity exploitation,transformational leadership style has played a differential moderating role and transactional leadership style has played a negative moderating role;On the contrary,in the process of resource bricolage affecting the two modes of opportunity exploitation,transactional leadership style played a differential moderating role,while moderating effect of transformational leadership style is not significant.
