摘 要:目的探讨正念减压及情绪自我效能调节对科室护理质量及护士职业倦怠感的影响。方法选取宁阳县第一人民医院入职1~3年的护理人员60名,于2022年7—9月进行正念减压及情绪自我效能调节培训管理。评价在培训管理前后的职业倦怠评分、心理弹性评分及职业获益感评分,并评价培训管理前后的患者护理质量。结果培训管理后职业倦怠评分较培训管理前下降,而心理弹性评分、职业获益感评分在管理后较管理前提升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训管理后护理质量评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理人员培训管理中,实施以正念减压及情绪自我效能调节,可显著地降低其职业倦怠,提高其心理弹性及职业获益感,且培训管理后的护理质量评分较前提高。Objective To explore the effects of mindfulness-based stress reduction and emotional regulation of self-efficacy on the quality of nursing in departments and job burnout of nurses.Methods A total of 60 nursing staff who had been employed in the First People’s Hospital of Ningyang County for 1-3 years were selected to receive training management on mindfulness-based stress reduction and emotional regulation of self-efficacy from July to September 2022.The job burnout score,psychological resilience score,and job benefit score before and after training management were evaluated,and the nursing quality for patients before and after training management was evaluated.Results The job burnout score after management decreased compared to before training management,while the psychological resilience score and job benefit score increased after training management compared to before training management,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After training management,nursing quality rating scores was higher,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the training management of nursing staff,implementing mindfulness-based stress reduction and emotional regulation of selfefficacy can significantly reduce their job burnout,improve their psychological resilience and job benefit,and improve nursing quality rating scores after training and management compared to before.
