小柴胡汤联合健胃化瘀汤治疗反复性消化性溃疡对血清炎性因子及临床疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨采取小柴胡汤联合健胃化瘀汤治疗反复性消化溃疡性患者的疗效性及安全性。方法:择取我院2021年1月至2022年10月临床治疗的100例反复性消化性溃疡患者,采取随机分组法将其划分为对照组与观察组各50例,分别采用小柴胡汤加减治疗、小柴胡汤联合健胃化瘀汤治疗,分析其临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者的胃脘痛、食欲缺乏、胸闷中医症候相关积分均较治疗前更低(P<0.05),且观察组组治疗后的胃脘痛、食欲缺乏、胸闷中医症候相关积分显著低于于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组组CRP、TNF-a、IL-6显著低于于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的溃疡面积均较治疗前更小(P<0.05),且观察组组治疗后的溃疡面积显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采取小柴胡汤联合健胃化瘀汤治疗反复性消化性溃疡患者,临床治疗效果较为显著,此种联合用药方式可降低中医症候积分,改善血管内皮细胞生长因子水平与碱性成纤维细胞生长因子水平,且不良反应率较低,用药安全性良好,值得推荐。Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Xiao Chaihu decoction combined with Jianwei Huayu decoction in the treatment of patients with recurrent peptic ulcer.Methods:100 patients with recurrent peptic ulcer undergoing clinical treatment from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by randomization method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with additional and reduced Xiaochuhu decoction,and the observation group was treated with Xiaochuhu decoction combined with Jianwei Huayu decoction.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome related scores of epigastric pain,lack of appetite,and chest tightness in both groups of patients were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group had significantly lower TCM syndrome related scores of epigastric pain,lack of appetite,and chest tightness after treatment than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CRP,TNF-a,and IL-6 levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ulcer area of both groups of patients was smaller than before treatment(P<0.05),and the ulcer area of the observation group after treatment was significantly smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiao Chaihu decoction combined with Jianwei Huayu decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of patients with recurrent peptic ulcer.This combination of medication can reduce the TCM syndrome score,improve the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor and basic fibroblast growth factor,and has a low rate of adverse reactions and good drug safety,which is worthy of promotion.
