摘　　要：平脉辨证通过诊察脉象所反映的阴阳,表里,寒热,虚实,气血以及脏腑归属,推知疾病所涉及经络、脏腑,与经络辨证结合,为针灸临床辨证提供一种新思路,共同决定针灸临床治疗中处方的选用与实施。现以失眠为例,文章提出了平脉-经络辨证思路及其积极意义的思考。Through the diagnosis of the Yin and Yang,exterior and interior,cold and heat,deficiency and excess,qi and blood and internal organs reflected in the pulse image,Pingmai differentiation inferred the meridians and internal organs involved in the disease,and combined with meridian differentiation,it provides a new idea for acupuncture clinical differentiation,and jointly determines the selection and implementation of prescriptions in acupuncture clinical treatment.Taking insomnia as an example,this paper puts forward the idea of Pingmai-Meridian Differentiation thinking and its positive significance.
