开放协作社区领先用户社会资本对重混创新的影响研究

摘　　要：从认知资本、关系资本和结构资本3个维度探讨开放协作社区领先用户社会资本对重混创新的影响机制,并分析在用户重混创新过程中社会资本3个维度之间的相互作用关系。通过爬取Thingiverse社区1785位领先用户画像数据及与其相关的51289条产品数据,采用Mplus软件构建结构方程模型,对数据进行分析和检验。结果表明:领先用户的社会交互关系和共同语言对重混创新具有积极影响,信任对重混创新反而具有抑制作用,社会交互关系与信任对共同语言均具有显著正向影响,社会交互关系却在一定程度降低了领先用户之间的信任。Based on the three dimensions of social capital,this paper investigates the influence of social capital of lead users on remixing innovation in open collaborative communities,analyzes the interaction among the three dimensions of social capital in the process of remixing innovation.And then,it constructs a structural equation model to test the data by Mplus software based on collecting and analyzing 1785 lead users profile data and 51289 items of product data in the Thingiverse community.Results show that social interaction ties and shared language have a significant and positive impact on remixing innovation,while trust have an inhibitory effect on remixing innovation.Social interaction ties,trust and shared language is positively related,but social interaction ties have a negative impact on trust.
