摘  要:从天然来源及人工合成两方面综述了酚类抗氧剂的种类,探讨了酚类抗氧剂与聚合物材料进行复合的几种方式,并介绍了酚类抗氧剂复合聚合物材料在食品包装、生物医学以及日化产品方面的应用,对多酚类抗氧剂及其复合聚合物材料的市场前景和发展趋势进行了展望。The classification of naturally occuring and synthetic phenolic antioxidants were reviewed.The strategies for the integration of antioxidants with polymer materials were discussed.The applications of phenolic antioxidants containing materials in food packaging,biomedical and daily chemical products were introduced.The market forecast and development trend of phenolic antioxidants and their composite polymer materials were prospected.
