摘  要:通过考察粘结剂、润湿剂以及造粒工艺对所制备颗粒剂产品γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)性能的影响,确定合适的粘结剂和润湿剂以及两者的最佳配比,同时确定合适的软材制备工艺以及干燥工艺,从而制备出颗粒形貌好、颗粒堆密度在0.55~0.70g/mL、实密度在0.60~0.75g/mL、含量不低于90%的GABA颗粒。该方法制备工艺简单、生产成本低,适合工业化生产应用。By investigating the effects of binder,wetting agent and granulation process on the performance of the prepared γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)granules,the appropriate binder,appropriate wetting agent and the optimal ratio of them were determined,and the appropriate preparation process of soft materials and drying process were determined,so as to prepare the granules with good morphology.GABA particles with bulk density of 0.55~0.70g/mL and solid density of 0.60~0.75g/mL and with a content of not less than 90%.This formula has the advantages of simple process,low production cost and suitable for industrial production and popularization.
