摘　　要：气化理论是中医哲学的核心内容。圣贤先哲认知自然与人一元气论,认为“中”是“虚空”之气态,谓“一”元之气,为基始元气,是“未发”之先天始体。“冲”者“中”始生之端,为阴阳交感始动时气,阴阳感召而动成象,表现“负阴抱阳”内阳外阴的本体。“和”者阴阳冲发而中节,升降有序化生万物,气和而生化不息,体现“外阳内阴”体用之状态。“中-冲(阴阳交感)-和”气化有次第,序贯演生不同状态,是宇宙自然与人生成与存在的根本规律。Gasification theory is the core content of philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine.The sages perceive the world from the theory of monism of qi between nature and human.The‘Zhong’is the middle of the void,which is the qi of one yuan,which is also called the primordial qi,which is not developed.‘Chong’is the beginning of sympathetic qi of the yin and yang,thus yin and yang inspire and move into the image,appear noumenon of yang-yin hold.‘He’means that motion and variation of yin and yang are in moderation due to‘Chong’,rising and falling in an orderly way to produce all things,thus lead to circle of life,reflecting the state of body use of outer yang and inner yin.The gasification of‘zhong-chong-he’has a secondary succession and produces different states sequentially,which is the fundamental law of the formation and existence of nature and human life in the universe.
