摘 要:以ZIF-8为前驱体衍生立方多孔ZnO,通过分段煅烧ZIF-8/g-C_(3)N_(4)得到ZnO/g-C_(3)N_(4)复合光催化剂。催化剂的形貌、结构和光电性能表征表明,g-C_(3)N_(4)与立方多孔ZnO形成紧密异质结结构,且具有较大的比表面积和可见光吸收范围。可见光催化降解水环境污染物四环素(TC)的实验结果表明,与单纯的ZnO和g-C_(3)N_(4)相比,ZnO/g-C_(3)N_(4)形成的异质结在增加对TC吸附的同时具有高效的降解效果。当g-C_(3)N_(4)的添加量为0.2 g时,复合催化剂在40 min内对TC的降解效率为87.57%,降解速率为0.044 min^(-1)。光生空穴(h+)和超氧自由基(·O_(2)-)是参与降解TC的主要活性物质,而ZnO/g-C_(3)N_(4)的Ⅱ型异质结界面可以促进这两种自由基的产生,促进光催化过程进行。In this work,ZIF-8 was used as the precursor-derived cubic porous ZnO,and the ZnO/g-C_(3)N_(4) composite photocatalyst was obtained by segmental calcination of ZIF-8/g-C_(3)N_(4).The morphology,structure and photoelectric properties characterization of the catalysts showed that g-C_(3)N_(4) formed a tight heterojunction structure with cubic porous ZnO and had a large specific surface area and visible light absorption range.The experimental results of visible light catalytic degradation of tetracycline(TC)in water environment indicate that compared with pure ZnO and g-C_(3)N_(4),the heterojunction formed by ZnO/g-C_(3)N_(4) has an efficient degradation effect while increasing the adsorption of TC.When the addition amount of g-C_(3)N_(4) was 0.2 g,the degradation efficiency of the composite catalyst for TC was 87.57%within 40 min,and the degradation rate was 0.044 min^(-1).The photogenerated holes(h+)and superoxide radicals(·O_(2)-)are the main active substances involved in the degradation of TC,and the type-Ⅱheterojunction interface of ZnO/g-C_(3)N_(4) can promote the production of these two radicals and facilitate the photocatalytic process.
