地塞米松不同给药途径治疗唇部糜烂型扁平苔藓临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨地塞米松不同给药途径治疗唇部糜烂型扁平苔藓的临床疗效。方法选取自2020年12月至2021年12月北部战区总医院收治的90例唇部糜烂型扁平苔藓患者为研究对象。根据给药途径不同将患者分为湿敷组、贴膜组和雾化治疗组,每组各30例。患者每日复诊1次,5次为1个疗程。治疗两个疗程后比较患者的病损面积缩小率以及临床疗效等。结果3组患者治疗10次后,糜烂面积缩小率均较5次治疗结束时有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗5、10次后,雾化治疗组患者的糜烂面积缩小率均高于湿敷组和贴膜组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗5、10次后,雾化治疗组患者治疗总有效率均高于湿敷组和贴膜组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雾化治疗唇部糜烂型扁平苔藓,相较于湿敷和贴膜方式,具有更好的临床疗效。Objective To investigate the efficacy of different administration routes of dexamethasone in the treatment of lip erosion type lichen planus.Methods A total of 90 patients with lip erosion type lichen planus admitted from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects.Patients were divided into wet compress group,film patch group and atomization group according to different routes of administration,with 30 cases in each group.Patients were revisited once a day,5 times for 1 course of treatment.After two courses of treatment,the reduction rate of lesion area and clinical efficacy of patients were compared.Results After 10 times of treatment,the reduction rate of erosion area was higher than that at the end of 5 times of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 5 and 10 times of treatment,the erosion area reduction rate in the atomization group was higher than that in the wet compress group and the film patch group,and the difference was statistically significan(t P<0.05).After 5 and 10 times of treatment,the total effective rate in the atomization group was higher than that in the wet compress group and the film patch group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with wet compress and film,the treatment of lip erosion lichen planus with atomization has better clinical effect.
