摘  要:颅内动脉瘤(IA)破裂导致蛛网膜下腔出血的致残率和致死率较高,而血管分叉部是IA的高发部位。然而,由于较特殊的解剖结构与血流动力学异常,分叉部IA的治疗通常具有挑战。近年来,血管内治疗已逐渐成为IA治疗的主流选择。传统的血管内治疗分叉部IA常需多装置或高难度技术辅助,存在不良预后发生率较高的可能。目前,有较多专门针对分叉部IA的新型治疗装置的开发与应用,但其治疗原理、治疗效果均有差异。因此,对目前新兴的血管内治疗分叉部IA的治疗装置以及临床效果进行综述很有必要,能够为今后的临床治疗选择提供参考。Subarachnoid hemorrhage caused by rupture of intracranial aneurysm(IA)has a high disability and mortality rate,and the bifurcation of blood vessels is the high-risk site for IA.However,due to its unique anatomical structure and hemodynamic abnormalities,the treatment of bifurcation IA is often challenging.In recent years,endovascular treatment has gradually become the mainstream choice for IA treatment.Traditional endovascular treatment of bifurcation IA often requires the assistance of multiple devices or difficult techniques,which may lead to poor outcomes.At present,there are many new devices were specifically developed and applied for the treatment of bifurcation IA,but their treatment principles and effects vary.Therefore,a review of the emerging endovascular treatment devices and therapeutic effects for bifurcation IA is of great importance which can provide reference for future clinical treatment choices.
