中西医结合治疗突发性聋的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中西药联合电针治疗突发性聋的临床疗效,为临床应用提供证据。方法回顾性分析我院2017年1月~2020年12月在我院就诊的81例突发性聋伴耳鸣患者的临床资料,其中对照组41例,用常规西药和中药内治,观察组40例在对照组的基础上联合使用电针治疗,对两组疗效进行对比,治疗前后纯音听阈值、耳鸣响度测值(听力级)以及和THI评分的关系。结果观察组全聋型听力恢复总有效率(64.3%)高于对照组(26.7%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后耳鸣响度(听力级)测定和THI评分,观察组耳鸣治疗的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高频耳鸣的总有效率比较,观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),耳鸣响度(听力级)和THI评分成显著正相关,P<0.05。结论突发性聋在常规西药的基础上,结合中药内治和电针治疗能显著提高耳鸣的疗效以及全聋型患者听力恢复的有效率。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Chinese and Western medicine combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of sudden deafness,and provide evidence for clinical application.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 81 patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2020,including 41 cases in the control group,treated with conventional western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,and 40 cases in the observation group.On the basis of the control group,combined electroacupuncture treatment was used to compare the efficacy of the two groups,the pure tone hearing threshold,tinnitus loudness measurement(hearing level)and the relationship with the THI score before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of hearing loss in the observation group(64.3%)was higher than that of the control group(26.7%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).With the measurement of tinnitus loudness(hearing level)and THI score before and after treatment,the total effective rate of tinnitus treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of high-frequency tinnitus was higher than that in the observation group.In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the tinnitus loudness(hearing level)and THI score were significantly positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusions On the basis of conventional western medicine,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and electroacupuncture therapy can significantly improve the curative effect of tinnitus and the efficiency of hearing recovery in patients with total deafness.
