摘　　要：目的探讨1%过氧化氢作为辅助治疗手段对改善口腔固定正畸患者慢性龈炎的近期效果观察。方法70例患者随机分为两组,每组35例,观察组采用洁治术加1%过氧化氢溶液含漱,对照组换用灭菌注射用水含漱。比较2组治疗前、治疗后1周及2周PLI值,检测龈沟液中MCP-1水平。结果治疗前两组性别、年龄、PLI、MCP-1差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05);1周后,观察组PLI低于对照组(P<0.05),两组间MCP-1差异无明显统计学意义;2周后,观察组PLI、MCP-1均低于对照组(P<0.05);2周后观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论1%过氧化氢对治疗慢性牙龈炎有一定的效果,龈沟液内MCP-1水平能够评估炎症程度。Objective To investigate the short-term effect of 1%hydrogen peroxide as an adjunctive treatment on chronic gingivitis in orthodontic patients with oral fixation.Methods Seventy patients were randomly divided into two groups,each group have 35 patients.The observation group was treated with oral prophylaxis scaling and gargling with 1%hydrogen peroxide solution.The control group was treated with sterilization water for injection.Plaque index(PLI)and monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1)of the two groups were compared before treatment,at the first week and at the second week after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in gender,age,PLI and MCP-1 between the two groups before periodontal treatment(P>0.05),After 1 week,PLI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no difference in MCP-1 between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 weeks,PLI and MCP-1 in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),the total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion 1%hydrogen peroxide is effective in the treatment of chronic gingivitis,and the level of MCP-1 in gingival crevicular fluid can assess the degree of inflammation.
