摘  要:目的评价基于情景模拟的PBL教学法在气管套管脱出应急演练中应用效果。方法选取在我院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科工作≤5年的护士20名为研究对象,在气管套管脱出应急演练中应用基于情景模拟的PBL教学法,比较培训前后低年资护士的急救理论成绩和操作技能、评判性思维能力,通过修订版情景模拟效果评价表(SET-M)评估课程的运行质量。结果培训后低年资护士的急救知识和操作技能成绩明显高于培训前,有统计学意义(P<0.05);评判性思维能力测量在寻求真理性、思想开放性、分析性、自信性、好询问性、认真成熟性评分均高于培训前,有统计学意义(P<0.05);情景模拟效果评价表模拟前介绍、学习、自信、引导性反馈各条目得分均在2分以上,参加此次培训的护士对此次教学的满意度较高。结论基于情景模拟的PBL教学法能够提高低年资护士的意外脱管急救理论知识和技能水平,培养临床评判性思维能力,提高对教学的满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the application effect of PBL teaching method based on scenario simulation in emergency drills of tracheostomy cannula.We selected 20 nurses who have worked in the department of otolaryngology head and neck surgery in our hospital for 5 years as the research subjects,and simulated tracheotomy cannula prolapse based on the simulated PBL teaching method.By comparing the scores of first-aid theory,operational skills and critical thinking ability of primary nurses before and after training,The operational quality of the course was evaluated by the revised SET-M.Results The first-aid knowledge and operation skills of primary nurses after training were significantly better than those before training,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In the measurement of critical thinking ability,the scores of truth-seeking,open-mindedness,analysis,self-confidence,good inquiry and serious maturity were all better than before training,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The evaluation form of scenario simulation effect was simulated introduction,learning,confidence and guiding feedback,with more than 2 points for each item.?The nurses who attended the training reported high satisfaction with their teaching.Conclusion PBL teaching method based on scenario simulation can improve the theoretical knowledge and skill level of emergency care for young nurses,cultivate clinical critical thinking ability and improve teaching satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
