摘  要:随着当今科技的不断发展,新型材料在社会生产中的占比越来越重。其中高分子材料以其耐腐蚀性、耐候性、性能可灵活调配、可中长期在较高温度中使用等优良特性,从新型材料中脱颖而出,成为比肩金属材料、无机非金属材料的又一重要材料,已投入使用在了经济建设中的。其中C4烯烃作为高分子材料中的重要成分,得到了广泛关注,因此怎样更高效配置C4烯烃在当前意义重大。本文从数学角度出发,利用数学模型,分析研究了C4烯烃的制备。以温度作为横轴,乙醇转化率与C4烯烃分别作为纵轴,借助于MATLAB编程,绘制乙醇转化率、C4烯烃与温度的关系图。其次根据图形曲线观测选用非线性回归分析模型,借助MATLB编程,选用最小二乘法,绘制了乙醇转化率与温度的一阶、二阶、三阶拟合图像,得出了拟合多项式参数,用二范数检查了拟合后与原数据的偏差,同时绘制了C4烯烃与温度的一阶、二阶、三阶拟合图像,得出了拟合多项式参数,用二范数检查了拟合后与原数据的偏差。With the continuous development of science and technology,the proportion of new materials in social production is more and more heavy.Among them,polymer materials with its corrosion resistance,weather resistance,performance can be flexibly deployed,can be used in high temperature for a long time and other excellent characteristics,stand out from the new materials,become the shoulder of metal materials,inorganic non-metallic materials and another important material,has been put into use in the economic construction.As an important component of polymer materials,C4 olefin has been widely concerned.Therefore,how to allocate C4 olefin more efficiently is of great significance at present.In this paper,the preparation of C4 olefin was analyzed and studied from the mathematical point of view.With temperature as the horizontal axis,ethanol conversion rate and C4 olefin as the vertical axis respectively,the relationship diagram of ethanol conversion rate,C4 olefin and temperature was drawn with the help of MATLAB programming.Secondly,the nonlinear regression analysis model was selected according to the graph curve observation.With the help of MATLB programming,the least square method was selected to draw the first-order,second-order and third-order fitting images of ethanol conversion and temperature,and the fiting polynomial parameters were obtained.The deviation between fitting and original data was checked with the dinorm,and the first-order,second-order and third-order fitting images of C4 olefin and temperature were drawn.The fitting polynomial parameters are obtained,and the deviation from the original data is checked with the binary norm.
