摘  要:针对气象报文的信息共享问题,结合主、副站所携带卫星通信设备的信息收、发成功概率,首先,研究给定气象分队数量时主站间实现信息完全共享所需最少信息收发轮次的问题,建立了主站间信息传输的数学模型;其次,研究了给定时间/轮次内主、副站之间信息的传输方式,建立了在可以保证主站能够成功接收任一分队的副站至少1条气象报文的概率不低于0.9的情形下,所需的最大气象分队数量的信息传输模型;最后,研究了实现各主站能够成功接收任一分队的副站至少1条气象报文的概率不低于0.97的最大气象分队数量问题.In response to the problem of information sharing in meteorological messages,combined with the probability of successful information transmission and reception of satellite communication equipment carried by the main and secondary stations,the problem of the minimum number of information transmission rounds required for complete information sharing between the main stations with a given number of meteorological teams is studied,and a mathematical model for information transmission between the main stations is established;Secondly,the transmission methods of information between the primary and secondary stations within a given time/round were studied,and an information transmission model for the maximum required number of meteorological teams was established under the condition that the probability of the primary station successfully receiving at least one meteorological message from the secondary station of any team is not less than 0.9;Finally,the problem of achieving a maximum number of meteorological teams with a probability of not less than 0.97 for each main station to successfully receive at least one meteorological message from any sub station of a team was studied.
