摘　　要：给出2022年“高教社杯”全国大学生数学建模竞赛D题“气象报文信息卫星通讯传输”的求解方法.基于信息传输率最大化原则和各站点对称性原则,给出了气象报文信息共享的最少传输次数公式和最多传输队伍个数公式,通过建立传输模型对其进行证明,并对题目中的实例问题进行求解,得出相应的传输方案及传输期望.In this paper,gives the solution method of "Meteorological Message Information Satellite Communication Transmission,the Problem D of 2022 CUMCM.Based on the principle of maximizing information transmission rate and the principle of symmetry of each station,the formula of the minimum number of transmissions and the maximum number of transmission teams for the information sharing of meteorological messages is given,and the transmission model is established to prove it,and the example problem in the topic is solved to obtain the corresponding transmission scheme and transmission expectation.
