摘　　要：论文通过探究基于“一统四融双提升”的人才培养机制,达到解决如何培养适应时代需求的艺术设计类应用型人才的目的。论文首先提出了“一统四融双提升”的概念;其次,阐述了高职院校艺术设计类人才培养模式的现状,及“一统四融双提升”人才培养模式的意义;最后,详细探究了“一统四融双提升”人才培养模式的具体运行机制。By exploring the talent cultivation mechanism based on"One Unification,Four Integrations and Two Promotions",the paper aims to solve the problem of cultivating applied talents in the field of art and design that meet the needs of the times.The article first proposes the concept of"One Unification,Four Integrations and Two Promotions";Secondly,it elaborates on the current situation of the cultivation mode of art and design talents in vocational colleges and the significance of this talent cultivation mode;Finally,the specific operating mechanism of this talent cultivation model was explored in detail.
