摘 要:目的探讨虚拟现实技术在医学影像学本科生教学模式中的应用效果。方法选择2022年9—12月内蒙古医科大学2020级影像学专业第一学期1班50名作为试验组,采用虚拟现实技术教学模式;2班50名作为对照组,采用传统教学模式。比较两班学生的技能操作能力和理论考试考核成绩,分析主观能动性、互动性、知识点的掌握程度以及教学满意度。结果试验组学生技能操作能力和理论考试均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学生主观能动性、互动性、知识点的掌握程度、教学质量的新颖性和教学满意度方面明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论虚拟现实技术在医学影像学本科生的教学模式中能促进学生的主观能动性,培养学习兴趣,增加解决问题能力。改进教学模式,提高学生在医学影像学中的应用能力,做一个合格的应用型创新人才。Objective To explore the application effect of virtual reality technology in the teaching mode of medical imaging undergraduates.Methods A total of 50 students from class 1 of the imaging major of Grade 2020 in the first semester of Inner Mongolia Medical University from September to December 2022 were selected as the experimental group,and virtual reality technology was adopted as the teaching mode.A total of 50 students in class 2 were selected as control group and the traditional teaching mode was adopted.The skill operation ability and theoretical examination results of the two groups were analyzed,and the subjective initiative,interactivity,mastery of knowledge points and teaching satisfaction were investigated.Results The skill operation ability and theoretical examination results in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The subjective initiative,interactivity,mastery of knowledge points,novelty of teaching quality and teaching satisfaction of students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching mode of medical imaging undergraduates,virtual reality technology can promote students'subjective initiative,cultivate their interest in learning and increase their ability to solve problems.Improve the teaching mode,improve the students'application ability in medical imaging,and become a qualified application-oriented innovative talent.
