摘　　要：目的探究激光操作录像系统在规范化培训研究生青光眼疾病教学中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2020年7月—2022年2月在温州医科大学附属眼视光医院青光眼专科轮转的规范化培训研究生,根据当时激光跟诊是否具有激光操作录像系统分为试验组和对照组,其中试验组17名,对照组16名。采用问卷星无记名问卷形式邀请轮转研究生对教学效果进行评价。结果试验组在提高沟通交流能力、团队协作能力、学习兴趣、临床思维拓展、增加对激光了解等方面均有显著性提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组在讨论时间和教学满意程度上与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在青光眼激光操作时,使用激光操作录像系统进行带教与传统的教学模式相比,在青光眼疾病教学中的效果更佳。Objective To explore the effect of laser operation video system application in glaucoma teaching for standardized training postgraduates.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the standardized training postgraduates who had been rotated in the department of glaucoma of Eye Hospital,Wenzhou Medical University from July 2020 to February 2022.They were divided into experimental group and control group according to whether they were trained by this laser operation video system during rotation.There were 17 postgraduates in the experimental group and 16 in the control group.The Questionnaire Star System was used anonymously to evaluate the teaching effect.Results The experimental group showed significantly improved communication ability,teamwork ability,learning interest,clinical thinking expansion,and increased understanding of laser than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the discussion time and teaching satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching mode,using laser operation video system in glaucoma laser operation teaching is better.
